I appreciate how much Jo made dealing with insurance seem-less in the past. The office no longer takes insurance yet our costs are essentially the same (a little lower) due to their membership plan. My teeth and gums are healthier because of the care and recommendations of products specific to my needs. I actually like my experience at the dentist! Mallory takes my teeth to a different level with a gentle but thorough touch. And no one is more organized, caring, courteous and accommodating than Jo at the front desk. I saw Dr. Alber for the first time about a tooth that needed a root canal treatment because he was highly recommended by guys I used to work with. Everyone is always a little tense when they go to the dentist, but the team did a great job putting me at ease. I was in for a filling replacement and I hate drills. Dr Smith was very attentive to make sure I relaxed and spent extra time to make sure my tooth was numb. The procedure was straightforward and all the equipment they use is state of the art.
