A little preparation goes a long way toward making your first visit smooth and productive. The following steps will help you get ready, and once you’ve completed them, we’ll take care of everything else when you arrive.
- Complete your patient forms: Download and complete your patient forms online ahead of time to save time at check-in.
- Bring your ID and insurance card: If you have dental coverage, bring it along so our team can verify your benefits before your visit.
- List your current medications: Any medications or health conditions you’re managing can affect your dental care, so having this information ready is helpful.
- Gather previous dental records: If you have recent X-rays from a previous dentist, bringing them along can save time during your exam.
- Write down your questions: There’s no such thing as a question too small — come prepared to have an open conversation with Dr. Alber or Dr. Llorente.
Having this information ready before you arrive allows us to spend more of your appointment focused on your care.
Payment and Insurance Options
We believe everyone deserves access to great dental care, and we’ve built our practice accordingly. Alber Dental Studio accepts most major dental insurance plans on an out-of-network basis, and our team handles all claims filing on your behalf so you don’t have to navigate the paperwork alone. For patients without traditional coverage, we offer a Membership Club that provides a straightforward, affordable alternative. Our full list of payment options includes CareCredit, Cherry, HSA/FSA accounts, cash, check, and major credit cards.
